Even after requesting room cleaning, it wasn't finished when I returned.
The evening restaurant isn't buffet-style, making meal choices difficult.
With few dining options nearby, I wished the restaurant meals had more variety. The hotel also lacks a convenience store, forcing many guests to go to a nearby gas station just to buy drinks. Given the reasonable price point, I should have stayed at the Hilton a bit further south instead.

Overall, the hotel is dated with limited amenities. The beach is nice but the area didn’t have many options for dining and shopping.

As other reviews have mentioned, yes, the property is somewhat dated. Outside could use some reconditioning. Some updates to the restaurant area would be nice as well. But overall my family was very comfortable at this hotel. Room was good and bathroom had a double sink which was helpful. Other reviews complained about the AC. Ours was working perfectly and was nice and cold. Also the location was very nice right on the beach. But the best part of this hotel was the staff. Each person we spoke too was very helpful and friendly. And the tour desk representatives were extremely helpful! So in summary, I found the Radisson, comfortable, friendly, and in a good location. If your looking for fancy and plush there are other hotels on the island. But in my opinion, the Radisson was fine.

It was a great except that he amenities was lacking and the Wi-Fi was poor . Also had an issue of being unable to enter room because the key was programmed for check out earlier than my date of being checked out

I paid to reserve a one bedroom King size Ocean view room but Trip.com reserved a bedroom two bed room for me with the Resort. The Resort staff showed me their reservation instruction from trip.com to prove their point.
I sent email to Trip.com about the issue but I never received any response to my email concerning the issue

Yes it’s dated but location is superb on pebbles beach with the fab Bali beach club with its chilled out vibes and sun downers right on your doorstep and a short walk away from the instagrammable “blush cafe”.

We recently stayed at the Radisson Aquatica Barbados and were extremely disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, we found more than one cockroach in our room, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this really ruined what should have been a pleasant trip.
To make matters worse, we were promised a one-night hotel rebate as compensation for the inconvenience. However, we were informed that we would need to go through a third-party company to process this rebate. This added unnecessary frustration and left us feeling like the issue was not being handled properly.
While the location and views are beautiful, the cleanliness and lack of effective customer service will prevent us from staying here again or recommending it to others.
